‘After School Clubs’ provide extra curriculum activities and the ‘After School Project’ is provision for children whose parents are unable to collect them at the end of the school day. ‘After School Clubs’ run from 3:15-4:30pm. The ‘After School Project’ runs from 3:15-6:00pm
This can be done in advance using a termly booking form available in the office and on the website in the parents section under forms. You can book on the day if there is space available, however you would need to notify the office before 3pm. Forms need to be filled out every term to ensure your child has a place.

All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are offered a free school meal at no cost to the parent or carer. Children who are eligible for free school meals will continue to do so after year 2.
The school office will provide you with a form which you need to fill out and send to the Borough to check your eligibility.

Once you have returned the letter with your preferred/chosen club you will receive a text to inform you if your child has a space. These letters are sent home from your child’s class. If a text is not received by the date stated on the letter your child has not been allocated a space. If your child believes they do have a space but you have not received a text message it may be because the office does not have your up to date phone details. If so please visit the office to update your information.

Pre-school admissions are dealt with by the school, you can get an application from the office at any time during the year. Prior to filling out the school’s application you need to find out if your child is eligible for the terrific two funding. To do this you need to text terrific to 81025 who will assist you with the application.

Reception school day is from 8:50am until 3:15pm. Key Stage 1 (Year 1 & Year 2) school day is from 8:50am until 3:20pm. Key Stage 2 (Year 3, 4, 5 & 6) school day is from 8:50am until 3:25pm. Nursery morning session is from 8.30am until 11:30am. Nursery afternoon session if from 12:30pm until 3:30pm. Pre-school morning session is from 8:30am until 11:30am. Pre-school afternoon session if from 12:30pm until 3:30pm. If you are eligible for all day Nursery then the school day is from 8:30am-3:30pm.
